This cutting board is made from both hard and soft maple boards and comes oiled and ready for use.

All cutting boards are assembled with food-safe materials and finished with two coats of mineral oil followed by a coat of mineral oil and wax combined.

Cutting Board Maintenance
Hand wash, and avoid completely submerging your board in water. Maintain your new cutting board by rubbing in a coat of mineral oil when you notice the board begin to dry out.
